Newton Blue is the on-site recruiter for this leading UK healthcare technology company, with businesses spanning Pharmacy software solutions, GP Practice software, Healthcare Data and Pharmacy digital displays. We’re currently recruiting for 2 x Business Development Managers to cover London and the SE for their award winning Pharmacy solution business, looking for people with natural sales ability who are great at building strong partnerships with customers, understanding their needs and knowing how our solutions can help them.

You’re ideal role?

A home and field-based role covering London and the SE which will see you managing existing customers while pipelining and bringing new customers on-board.

You’ll be the accountable lead within the business for every customer in your territory, maximising the value of your client’s products and services, generating new business within the pharmacy sector as well as upselling and account managing your existing customers.

  • Influencing, persuading and consensus building to develop the profile of the business with customers and key decision makers
  • Developing deep knowledge of the customers in your territory by using your wider knowledge of the sector to support the customers in the effective use of the product and services offered
  • Increasing renewal rates and reducing churn in the customer portfolio
  • Growing revenue through cross-selling and up-selling activities
  • Driving new business growth through customer advocacy
  • Developing, maintaining and delivering the Customer Success Plan for each customer
  • Providing insight and intelligence to the business, working closely with the Head of Marketing, Product Managers and Head of Service Delivery to anticipate and exceed the customer’s requirements.
