We’re recruiting a Customer on-boarding specialist for a rapidly expanding Tech Company. Specialising in electronic document and data interchange which allows customers and suppliers to trade easily and securely. They offer a fully managed service built upon its world class SaaS integration platform which connects businesses & trading relationships worldwide. The platform currently exchanges over 14 million documents per month and £6 billion of transactions annually and is used across a variety of industry and business sectors. They are recognised as having the best user interface on the market, ensuring integration and connection is quick, simple, streamlined and pain-free.

Your next role?

As a customer on-boarding specialist you’ll work within the managed service team, playing a critical role in the company’s expansion by supporting and on-boarding new customers and their suppliers. The Managed Service Team liaises with larger clients under a mandate to engage their supplier communities in order to move them onto the electronic business document exchange. You’ll be engaged in several projects, working with customer suppliers from the initial notification right through to final testing and go-live. There are some minor technical elements, but full training is provided and the team is supported by strong technical expertise whenever needed.

  • Be the primary contact for major customers and their supply chain
  • Monitor supplier progress and maintain the reporting
  • Set up new suppliers on the e-commerce platform
  • Support suppliers, answering queries and providing on-going guidance
  • Review, validate and provide feedback on documents being tested by suppliers
  • Deliver training to suppliers on the companies portal solution

Our person?

We’re open to previous backgrounds and experience, but certainly need someone with a great personality, strong communication skills and an inherent belief in customer satisfaction.  Someone who can easily multi-task and manage several customers and on-boarding projects without being fazed.
