Newton Blue is the in-house/on-site recruiter for a number of the UK’s leading technology companies. Our client is a leading healthcare technology business with 4 brands in the UK and part of a wider global tech group with almost 4500 people across 10 countries. You’ll have full responsibility for Customer Experience across two of the UK businesses - the largest developer of pharmacy software and one of the largest developers of GP Practice software solution - with a combined 400 people located in London, Manchester and Dundee.
Your new role?
It’s a brand new role, reporting directly to the MD and sitting on the senior leadership team.  The business is moving towards a Lifetime Customer model and customer experience will sit at the heart of this approach. The role will arc over every team that deals with customers, looking at every client touch point and its impact. You’ll assess everything from the ground up and be able to pretty much start with a blank sheet of paper to design, implement, manage and constantly evolve a full end-to-end Customer Experience model focused on a CLM and the delivery of a truly great customer experience every step of the way.

Someone who has been there, seen it and done it before, who’s already operated at Customer Experience Director level within the software solutions or technology sectors. Already experienced at designing, implementing and managing an exceptional Customer Experience model and of turning around a problematic customer experience model.
Package will be around £100,000 basic plus bonus, car, pension, healthcare and a range of other benefits. Office locations are London, Manchester and Dundee so there will be UK travel, however it doesn’t matter which office you are based closest to.
