Do you have experience working in a logistics, helpdesk or call centre environment?  Would you love to use your customer service experience and knowledge while exploring a new career in the health tech sector?

We’re partnered with the largest developer of Community Pharmacy and GP Practice software in the UK and need a highly organised and process driven Customer On-boarding Specialist to join their team (training given). Based out of their Leyland  office, you'll join a small successful onboarding team tasked with delivering a superb customer experience, processing all orders to ensure the successful delivery and installation of hardware and software to site.

It’s a unique opportunity for someone who has great attention to detail, can follow processes easily, has great customer service skills and enjoys working in a busy environment to tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

When new Pharmacy or GP Practice customers are signed by the commercial team you’ll take over and be the first point of contact. You’ll pull together information from a number of different sources to ensure their successful on-boarding and 100% satisfaction. You’ll be in constant communication with the customer (usually Pharmacy owners, Pharmacy Managers or Practice Managers), agreeing the software implementation dates between them and your tech team, ensuring the Learning & Development team is engaged, know what training is required and when it should be delivered. You’ll manage any issues, passing them over to the relevant team and all-in-all ensuring that the customer receives an exceptional customer experience whilst they are being brought on-board.

What are we looking for?

  • A great multi-tasker who has  an analytical mind-set, fantastic attention to detail and who can deal with tight deadlines and a constantly changing work-load
