We’re recruiting for a Customer Onboarding specialist for an expanding Tech Company in Leyland. You will be involved in several projects and work with Suppliers from the initial notification , right through to final testing and Go Live. The Company supports hybrid working where you can work 3 days in the office and 2 days at home. The Company invests heavily in their staff offering great in-house training and career progression.
Your next role?
As a customer on-boarding specialist you’ll work within the managed service team, playing a critical role in the company’s expansion by supporting and on-boarding new customers and their suppliers. There are some minor technical elements, but full training is provided and the team is supported by strong technical expertise whenever needed.

We’re flexible with background and experience, but certainly need someone with a great personality, strong communication skills and an inherent belief in customer satisfaction, intermediate level Excel and MS Office skills. We need someone highly organised, who can easily multi-task and manage several customers and on-boarding projects.
