Customer On-boarding specialist - Lancashire

£20,000 + pension and other benefits. Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm - Pharmacy roles
Ref: 201 Date Posted: Saturday 09 Feb 2019

Do you have experience working in a pharmacy or GP Practice and looking for a new challenge? Would you love to use your existing experience and knowledge while exploring a new career path, helping pharmacies and GP practices across the UK?

We’re partnered with the largest developer of Community Pharmacy and GP Practice software in the UK, looking for 2 new people to join their Customer On-boarding team (full training given). It’s a team of 5 which delivers a superb customer on-barding experience, ensuring all contracts are correct, the software implementation is properly scheduled and delivered and that the L&D is correctly  engaged. It’s a very wide ranging role, with lots going on, lots of things to manage and keep on top of – and something that is NEVER boring!

It’s a unique opportunity for someone from a pharmacy or GP practice background.

So what’s involved?

When new Pharmacy or GP Practice customers are signed by the commercial team you’ll take over and be the first point of contact. You’ll pull together information from a number of different sources to ensure their successful on-boarding and 100% satisfaction. You’ll be in constant communication with the customer (usually Pharmacy owners, Pharmacy Managers or Practice Managers), agreeing the software implementation dates between them and your tech team, ensuring the Learning & Development team is engaged, know what training is required and when it should be delivered. You’ll manage any issues, passing them over to the relevant team and all-in-all ensuring that the customer receives an exceptional customer experience whilst they are being brought on-board.
