The role
The roles will see you developing a new greenfield product portfolio with their innovative R&D team in Leyland. You’ll use the latest Microsoft technologies and be actively involved in solutions design, design workshops and code review, as well as participating in Agile Scrum stand ups, reviews and retrospectives.
What experience is needed?
They're looking for Mid-Senior level Developers with hands on commercial coding experience with C# / .Net Core / .Net, and/or React.
A talented individual with a genuine passion and enthusiasm for quality solutions and development. You'll actively use new technologies, including .Net Core and React to help drive innovations. Plus, as team work and collaboration is vital to the success of the project, you’ll have very strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ideally, you'll have a degree in Computer Science, or a related subject, and demonstrable software development experience, along with knowledge and experience of areas such as:
- Front end development using React;
- Redux, HTML5, CSS and Typescript/JavaScript
- C# / .Net / .Net Core microservices
- Object Oriented Design and Design Patterns
- Web Services
- Responsive design
- Agile Scrum practices and development methods
If you do have any experience of databases, Kubernetes/Docker and/or an understanding of secure programming practises/web security, this would be really beneficial.
