We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Head of Enterprise Systems.
This is a key position managing the UK Enterprise Systems team and heading up all the Company’s customer facing systems (infrastructure, data centres and cloud platform). You will help to build out, maintain, and troubleshoot a rapidly expanding infrastructure; being responsible for designing, implementing, supporting systems and equipment in a mixed technology environment, from design through implementation and into support.
You will also support the Company in the development of new and existing products that rely on enterprise infrastructure and cloud services as part of an overall solution, providing the infrastructure support for projects from development through to deployment.
Your skills and experience…
You’re a motivated individual, an excellent communicator able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively. You’re highly organised with excellent time management skills, able to effectively drive and maintain momentum on projects. They’re also looking for:
- Proven experience in leading and managing Enterprise Systems
- Team management experience
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem solving abilities
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP, Firewalls, Load Balancers)
- Public Cloud experience (AWS or Azure)
- Excellent working knowledge of up-to-date desktop applications
- Knowledge of Windows Servers, workstations, VMware, Citrix/Terminal Services, anti-virus and other various software applications
- MCP - Microsoft Certified Professional
Prior experience of working in the healthcare sector would be beneficial. It would also be useful if you have experience with any of the following technologies:
- HP Servers and Networking
- Cisco UCS
- NetApp/EMC/Pure Enterprise Storage
- Rubrik
- Oracle Databases and Appliances
- PostgreSQL database
- Checkpoint Firewall
- F5 Load Balancers and security appliances

This is a permanent, full time position.
Salary: £65k-75k base + £10k bonus
Location: Ideally you will be based in or around the Greater London area however flexibility across the UK will be considered for the right candidate. The role will be home-based with requirements to travel to office and platform site locations in the UK (Battersea office is HQ for this role).
