Implementation Consultant - Remote or Hybrid home/office working - South West

Home based/remote Implementation Consultant
Working as part of a joint Cegedim / client team, this home-based role is client facing so will include working on client sites nationally and internationally at times. As an Implementation Consultant, you will help clients transform their business processes & better support their customers through the delivery of our award-winning software. Full training in our products and implementation methodology will be given.
As a consultant, your client facing responsibilities will include:
  • Design, demos and showcases with client users and senior executives
  • Run client facing workshops (remote and onsite)
  • Build rapport with client project team for problem solving or support
  • Capture and analyse clients’ business/functional requirements and processes
  • Design solutions for clients’ future state business operations
  • Lead one or more project workstreams
  • Prototype and configure our software to support client ‘to-be’ business processes
  • Support existing clients including recommending improvements and productivity gains
  • Provide training to client SMEs, users and other stakeholders on our software, processes, and methodology
  • Identify opportunities for revenue generation
  • Communicate proactively, including appropriate escalations of risks and issues
  • Travel to client sites nationally and internationally
As part of the Cegedim delivery team:
  • Document requirements and designs for system enhancements
  • Work with our development, technical and test teams to support product design, development, and testing within an agile workplace
  • Offer expertise based on system, client, and market knowledge to rest of business including supporting and influencing the development roadmap
  • Lead or participate in internal R&D
  • Work with technical solution consultants to provide business context to system interfaces, solution architecture and data migration
  • Work with our support team to assist existing clients with new application functionality and transition from project to BAU
  • Maintain a high-level understanding of current application technologies and architecture
  • You may also be involved in client focus groups, the resolution of backlog tasks and progression of product investment opportunities and other ad-hoc requests

and what are we looking for.....
Someone with software implementation project experience within complex technical landscapes, ideally but not essentially within the insurance industry or financial services and with as many of the following as possible:
Core skills & experiences
  • Excellent business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal skills including building consensus and demonstrating thought leadership
  • Ability to quickly build relationships and rapport at all levels within the project team (internally and externally) and convey confidence to our clients
  • Excellent written skills, including documenting business requirements clearly, concisely and to a high quality
  • Strong presentation and oral communication skills ideally with experience in running workshops
  • Knowledge/experience of the implementation of APIs (Rest, SOAP, XML) and / or system integrations (real-time, file based etc)
  • Experience in system integration of software with 3rd parties
  • Configuration of system applications to fulfil client needs
  • Experience in training users in the use of software application(s)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio
  • SQL Server database querying and reporting
  • ideally with some experience of:Business process redesign projects and business process modelling
  • International Health insurance knowledge & insurance Industry integration formats
  • Data analytics/mapping/migration
  • Working with web-based applications
  • Experience with policy and / or claims administration systems
  • Basic accounting principles and practices
  • Working in an Agile software development environment
  • Working with SaaS technologies and deployments
