We’re working with a leading software solutions company based in Chorley, Lancashire currently recruiting 2 IT Service Desk Support Analysts to join their existing service desk team of 14.
Starting as a level 1 analyst on a salary of £18,500 + paid overtime, with further product and technical training you’ll progress to become a level 2 analyst with a basic salary of £22,000 whilst resolving more complex technical issues.
You’ll provide technical, phone based support to the company’s external customers across the UK covering a range of hardware, software and EPOS issues. The company is renowned for the quality of the service desk team’s customer support and client engagement experience.
