£18,000 to £21,000 + benefits - Technical Support

We’re working with a small but sector leading electronic data and information management company based in Leyland, looking for a Support Technician with a keen aptitude for troubleshooting and delivering great customer service.  
You’ll be helping to deliver and support the best solutions and products on the market, whilst supporting/configuring components using the latest and greatest technology in the industry.
 
About the role…. 
Will give you an opportunity to learn and build expertise in numerous leading-edge technologies (Web services, API) and to fast track your career towards larger and more complex technical challenges. 
As a Support Technician, you will:
•Provide email and phone support for the business
•Use both technical and relationship skills to solve problems against SLA’s
•Manage your support cases until resolution is found
•Work with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud
•Build strong relationships with the customer base
•Directly engage with software engineering and other tech departments to improve support, customer experience and the product range
•Create excellent working relationships with customers to provide high quality service/solutions.

Naturally strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills, with a can-do attitude you embrace the use of technology in a fast-growing industry whilst quickly learning new technologies. You have excellent time management and the ability to prioritise multiple projects at once, enjoying exploring new technologies on your own, and find yourself learning faster than others. You can quickly isolate the root cause of an issue when it arises, and provide a practical solution and want the opportunity to make an impact excited about the visibility your accomplishments will receive in a small, close-knit organisation
