IT Service Desk Support Analyst required by leading software Solutions Company.

  • Providing IT technical support to a 3000 strong UK client base supporting the company’s software solutions and a range of hardware, software and user issues
  • Joining a service desk team of 14. Starting as a level 1 Support Analyst (£18,500) and progressing to level 2 Support Analyst (£22,000) resolving more complex technical issues.
  • 150 people in company and one of the Top 4 in the UK within their sector
  • Renowned for the quality of their IT service desk and customer service
  • Provide excellent IT technical support and product training

Skills and experience required

  • Great personality with a strong belief in delivering superb customer experience
  • Great communication skills
  • A passion for IT and good technical skills
  • Previous experience dealing with customers either face-to-face or over the phone
  • CompTIA, BTEC or similar within IT - building and troubleshooting PC’s for family and friend

Package of offer

  • £18,500 + paid overtime
