We’re looking for an IT Support Technician to join a leading Lancashire based technology company. It's the ideal role for someone with a keen aptitude for technical troubleshooting and customer service who is looking to build a career in IT and to broaden and strengthen their existing technical skillset.

What will you be doing day to day?
Providing email and phone support for the business
Migrating customers to new technology/platform
Liaising with technical teams regarding communications methods/AS2
Using both technical and relational skills to lead your task to completion
Providing a high level of customer service
Managing your workload and priorities.
Documenting & reporting on Progress
Working with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud
Building an excellent rapport with their customer base
Directly engaging with all departments to provide relevant feedback to help and improve our products
What they're looking for?
Qualification in IT: Degree/BTEC or similar
Great customer skills and good all round IT troubleshooting skills.
Confident, friendly and outgoing, always happy to role your sleeves up and go the extra mile with a “can do” attitude.
A passion for understanding technology, quickly exploring and learning about new technologies.
A strong analytical, problem solving mind-set, quickly able to isolate root cause of an issue and provide a practical solution.
