We’re working with one of the UK’s leading developers of pharmacy and healthcare software solutions. With over 250+ people in the UK, they’re part of a global group with over 5500 working across 10 countries and a range of technology companies.
We’re currently looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to look after clients across London and the south east. You’ll be working closely with a wide range of existing customer key accounts as well as a portfolio of target key accounts within your defined area.
Your next role?
Working with existing key account clients and a list of new target key accounts, offering customers some of the most innovative solutions available on the market. This field-based role which will see you visiting new and existing customer sites on a regular basis. You will build strong and long-lasting relationships, fully understanding your customers, their business pain points and your solutions.
  • Managing a defined geographical area, you’ll have a mix of existing customers and key target accounts
  • Building strong relationships with your existing customers, fully understanding their business needs and pain points, allowing you to offer them the best and most effective solutions available
  • Targeting potential new customers, building relationships, demonstrating your product portfolio and opening doors to bring new accounts on board
 
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for an experienced Key Account Manager / Business Developer from a tech/software or healthcare solutions background. Someone who can build deep and lasting relationships with customers, great at managing existing accounts but equally comfortable with developing new key accounts, identifying key stakeholders in target accounts and building relationships to explore new opportunities.
  • Experience in similar Business Development/Customer Success/Account Management roles
  • Background in software/solutions sales
  • Strong track record of delivering against target
  • Ability to build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders across multiple clients
  • Able to absorb knowledge on customers and identify growth opportunities
  • Customer focused, easily understanding which solutions will deliver value and success for customers
  • An easily understand new technology and software solutions
  • Comfortable both face-to-face and over video
  • Happy to visit customer sites
  • Driving licence
