We’re looking for an Office Administrator to join the Finance and Business Support team of one of the leading healthcare software solutions companies in the UK. Their software and data solutions are trusted to manage the health, well-being and medical data of a large percentage of the UK population.
In this varied and broad-reaching Office Admin and Billing position, you’ll be part of a dedicated, friendly team, working in a stand-alone role to ensure the day to day office administration is managed effectively and efficiently. You’ll be responsible for looking after the office and facilities administration as well as supporting the Finance Manager and Management Accounts team on some billing and finance activities including supplier contracts and invoicing.
What we’re looking for….
It would be really useful if you've had knowledge of, or a real interest in, finance related admin, as would any previous experience of SAP or other accounts systems, but it's not essential.
