Looking for a new challenge and an exciting analysis role for 2022?

We’re recruiting an experienced Sales Operations Analyst with strong data analysis skills to support the commercial operations of a leading healthcare software solutions company – a key role which is pivotal to the success of the team and one where you will never get bored!

You’ll deliver an exceptional level of insight and reporting to enable solution lead actions within the end-to-end customer on-boarding experience and accurate visibility of sales performance against revenue forecasts.  You’ll focus on providing the senior team with accurate weekly and monthly financial reports and the operational teams with full visibility of activity at each stage of the sales pipeline, highlighting areas for improvement and proactive initiatives to support the delivery of an excellent customer experience.

Your new role?

  • design, create and execute automated weekly and monthly commercial reports
  • reporting on the customer on-boarding experience showing the end to end journey and its impact
  • provide a suite of reports, dashboards and insights that will drive the focus and opportunities across Sales, Customer On-boarding and Stock Management functions
  • provide weekly reports to the Head of Sales Operations on the performance of each sales function
  • work alongside finance and third party suppliers to create and optimise forecasts and identify optimum purchasing windows
  • optimise the current sales process in Hubspot and SAP with data led solutions to provide a best in class customer experience
  • perform continuous deep dives on the customer database
  • create, manage and continuously improve dashboard reporting on all KPIs versus target and budget. Measuring the performance of Sales, On-boarding, Training and Engineering teams. Providing insights on trends and driving actions for each department

Our ideal person?

2+ years’ experience as a Sales Operations Analyst or transferrable commercial experience as a Data Analyst. A friendly, confident and outgoing personality with drive, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously. Someone with a naturally customer centric attitude, able to work at pace and multitask across a variety of projects

  • Experience and understanding of SAP, Hubspot, Whitespace or similar finance, CRM and scheduling systems
  • Expert level knowledge of Excel, competent with SQL and experience with Power Point and project plans. Sound knowledge of business processes including workflows and task based systems and able to build, manage and improve reports and dashboards
  • Knowledge of data visualisation tools including PowerBI

Package details: Monday to Friday 35 hour week. Hybrid mix of office and home working. Salary to £30,000 depending on experience, plus benefits
