Service Desk Analyst - full training given - North West

We're looking for two service desk analysts, people with a passion for IT who believe in providing great customer experience at all times. The company will train and develop you, give you a career path and the opportunity to build a career in IT.

Your next role?

As a service desk analyst you’ll provide technical support to a UK wide external customer base, providing telephone support for a range of technical issues, mainly around the companies software (full training is obviously given) as well as a mix of technical and user issues. You’ll be dealing with around 25 calls a day, some more complex than others and will provide full end-to-end solution. You’ll work with a friendly team of 15 service desk analyst, in a supportive team orientated environment where you will be fully trained and developed.

The company

Chorley based healthcare Technology Company with a UK wide client base and a range of software solutions. With around 90 people and a technical service desk of 14 they’re renowned for the quality of their software solutions and the level of service provided. They’re currently expanding both their client base and their teams. They have a number of in-house technical teams covering development, infrastructure, project management and support.

Is this you?

You’ve a passion for IT and technology, maybe fixing computers in your spare time. You’ve probably studied IT at school or college, or have a CompTIA certificate. You want a career in IT and are looking for your first step on the career ladder with a company that will train and develop you, giving you a path into more technical roles. You have customer service experience, ideally in a phone based role, and an inherent belief in delivering superb customer service and a great customer experience every time. You are friendly and confident with an excellent telephone manner, keep calm under pressure and want to learn.
