Your next role?
Working with a great team within an agile environment and with a DevOps approach you’ll be involved in a wide range of development activity. Fully involved in requirements, development, prototyping, proof of concept and acceptance testing you’ll have major input and influence on the use of technology and the success of the system. Working with a brand new technology stack based on the latest Microsoft technology – C# . NET core, UWP, MVC, MVVM, REST, JSON and Windows 10. Client server based initially the system will eventually become SaaS.
As you’ll be working in a scrum team made up of Scrum Master, product owner, developers and testers there will be daily stand ups and fortnightly sprints. You will be focused on the new system which will cement the company as the market leader in their field for the next ten years.
What’s involved?
The company are about to start developing the next generation of their market leading system and product suite. Rather than building on the current system they are embarking on greenfield product development – building the new system almost completely from the ground up. It will be based on the latest Microsoft technology: .NET core, MVVM and VWP based around Windows 10.
You will be involved from day one and will play a pivotal role in its success. A detailed 2 year road map is in place as is the first scrum team, made up of product owner, developers and testers with the company having successfully y moved to agile over the last 18 months.
You?
An experienced Software developer with agile and scrum experience who is passionate about quality. With a “senior developer” mentality you’re not scared to throw ideas out there and positively influence those around you. You’ll have a wide range of technologies under your belt, covering as many of the following as possible: C#, .NET framework, Microsoft technology stack, MVC, MVVM, REST, JSON and PostgreSQL. You’ll also have some n-tier architecture experience and a real passion for applying new technology and innovative ideas.
You’ll be passionate and driven in what you do, with an inherent belief in the quality of the software and a holistic approach to software and product development
