Your next role?
You’ll join their talented QA team testing cutting edge applications and products end to end, at the user level and code level, both manually and with automated tools. You'll develop a deep understanding of the software and client business requirements, helping drive refinement, debugging problems and writing manual and automated tests cases with scripting tools and/or user-level automated tools.

- Motivate and inspire the software team
- Facilitate problem solving and collaboration, creativity, risk-taking and constant improvement
- Review and analyse system specifications
- Collaborate with QA Testers to develop effective strategies and test plans
- Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyse results
- Evaluate product code
- Create logs to document testing phases and defects, reporting bugs and errors to development teams
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
their ideal person?
An experienced QA Analyst/Software Tester with good experience in manual and/or automation testing.
Already in a team lead role or with the skills and motivation to move into a lead role
Hard working, ambitious and results driven with a high level of attention to detail. Strong communication and good l leadership skills.
Someone with a “can do” attitude who can embrace the use of technology in a fast-growing industry.
