These C# WPF Developer roles will be based in Leyland, Lancashire and will see you working on a really exciting new project working on the development of extensive medical software and database applications. You’ll be using the latest Microsoft technologies and actively involved in solutions design, design workshops and code review.
You'll be a passionate Software Developer with C# WPF experience. A confident individual with a genuine interest and enthusiasm for quality development. The company is keen to encourage you to challenge, express new ideas and introduce innovations. Plus, as team work and collaboration is vital to the success of the project, you’ll have very strong communications skills with plenty of experience of participating in Agile Scrum stand ups, reviews and retrospectives.
You'll have a degree in Computer Science, or a related subject, and/or demonstrable commercial software development experience, along with knowledge and experience of:
- C#, .NET Framework, WPF, MVMM, Visual Studio.
- Proficient in Object Oriented Design, Design Patterns, LINQ, Unity
- Databases – PostgreSQL. MSSQL, Oracle
- Demonstrable experience working in N-tier architectures
- Understanding of Agile practices and development (e.g. Scrum, Continuous Integration, Refactoring, TDD) and
