Digital Marketer - North West

We’re looking to recruit an experienced Digital Marketer for a leading Chorley tech company – located right next to Buckshaw Parkway train station in a brand new, state-of-the-art building. Hybrid working  with ideally 2 days per week in the office.
This is a great opportunity for someone who loves technology, who would thrive in a wide ranging autonomous marketing role and naturally assumes responsibility for marketing campaign success.
As the sole digital marketer you will work with 2 external agencies (website and creative) and multiple internal teams, creating a range of engaging content, designing, delivering and managing successful marketing campaigns and having full responsibility for marketing strategy.
What will you be doing?
  • Lots of website work, updates, page creations, SEO
  • Extensive digital marketing campaigns
  • Lots of content creation
  • Multiple campaign creation
  • Working with analytic dashboards to identify industry and solution specific key-words
  • Writing interesting and engaging blogs with proper back links
  • Researching competitors and the market sector for new and emerging ideas and innovations to create engaging marketing campaigns
  • Email marketing
  • Campaign management
  • Marketing programme scheduling
  • Working with AI content creation
  • Using WordPress
  • End to end story management
What are we looking for?
  • Someone with 3+ years B2B digital marketing experience
  • Somone who can constantly create engaging content and marketing campaigns, constantly evaluating their success and ROI
  • Someone who loves tech and technical marketing
  • Someone with a creative and strategic mindset
  • Google analytics experience
  • WordPress or similar
  • A creative thinker who can self manage, design and deliver successful marketing campaigns, strategy and solutions with minimal oversight
