Head of Transformation and Governance - London

An international multi-channel media company which creates digital and mobile content, with a reach of over 35 million users per month and more than 50% of the UK population, is currently looking for a Head of Transformation and Governance. • After extensive analysis they are about to embark on business transformation and change across their commercial technology and digital divisions, involving an overhaul of their existing technology and methodology with the introduction of a lean agile framework and an holistic approach.

• As Head of Transformation and Governance you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the transformation.

• This organisation are implementing new ideas, governance, technology and architecture to ensure continued success delivering better UX, development and design while increasing traffic and commercial revenue for the business.

There's a challenge...

as Head of Transformation and Governance you will be focused on the transformation of all current technology governance and reporting processes with the aim of creating a transparent and efficient operating model across all change and ops functions. You’ll be rolling out a continuous improvement strategy, forecasting and planning across multiple functions and a supplier consolidation strategy;

• accountable for creation & improvement of all Technology governance & reporting processes such as Project, Development and Operational KPIs including the data capture, forecasting, reporting and budgeting
• process transformation involving technology, governance, timesheets systems, capitalisation, cross charging
• budgets and forecasting
• create and implement a transformation strategys
• software licence management
• run TBM metrics
• headcount management, planning, cost management
• supplier management and supplier processes

You already have...

• experience of rolling out IT governance transformation
