IT Recruitment Resourcer. Full or part time. Home based.

Newton Blue is the in-house recruiter for a number of the UK’s leading healthcare technology companies. Embedded in the heart of their business we fill all roles in-house and help direct business planning, growth and strategy through our knowledge of salaries, skills availability and competitors. We’re currently looking to recruit an experienced IT resourcer to work on tech roles for clients across Bristol, London, Manchester, Cardiff and Dundee. We need someone who is great at identifying the most suitable applicants and engaging with passive tech talent (primarily software developers) on LinkedIn. If you haven’t done so already we’re happy to develop you across the whole end to end recruitment cycle from taking job specs from hiring managers to advert writing, candidate engagement, candidate qualification, interview shortlisting all the way through to offer stage.

EVERY role we work on is for companies whose internal recruitment function is managed by us!

What’s the role?

A full time or part time role (flexible hours). Home based with occasional client visits

  • working primarily on technology roles with a focus on software developers
  • understand the vacancy and companies we work with inside out, participating in job spec taking calls with hiring managers which will give you the insight required to identify the best candidates for the role
  • write and place adverts on various platforms
  • use LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage with suitable candidates for each vacancy
  • constantly pipeline candidates and build talent pools for current and future vacancies

What are we looking for?

An experienced IT recruitment resourcer or recruitment consultant looking for a full time or part time role

  • Someone experienced at working within recruitment and qualifying candidates over the phone
  • Ideally strong LinkedIn sourcing skills
  • A great personality – warm and friendly – and an excellent telephone manner
  • Able to describe the role and company in an interesting and engaging way
  • A great judge of character
  • Ability to assess candidate’s suitability for a role and spot potential pitfalls
  • Naturally well organised and able to juggle different things at the same time
  • Able to keep yourself motivated and focused
  • A nice person to work with and deal with!!!

As it’s a home based role you’ll need to have a quiet place to work.          

Salary is £30,000 or pro-rate depending on whether you are full or part time. Working hours are 35 hour week, Monday to Friday but we can be flexible depending on your circumstances.
