IT Service Desk Analyst - North West

£20,000 to £23,000 + paid overtime (£25k-£28k after 12 months) - Technical Support

Working for a 100+ strong software company whose cutting edge solutions are used in around 2000+ locations across the UK, renowned for delivering a superb customer experience across the service desk and for providing great employee training and career development.
Due to growth they are now looking to recruit additional analysts to join the existing support team of 12.
 
What’s the role?
  • Working within an existing team of 12 you’ll provide technical phone-based support to a UK wide client base.
  • The service desk team is a great bunch of people, working within a supportive, friendly and motivated environment.
  • The role will be hybrid mix of office/home working.
  • The business has recently moved into a brand new purpose build building, built specifically for them with lots of space, natural light and great facilities.
  • You’ll deal with a wide range of technical issues of varying levels of complexity, some will cover the companies own software solutions, others could be anything involving hardware, software, printers, epos, user issues etc.  You will be trained and developed properly, starting off on the lower level tech issues before progressing at your own pace into more and more technical problems

  • Good technical IT troubleshooting skills
  • Naturally great customer skills and an inherent belief in delivering great customer experience every time
  • People with great communication skills, personable approachable with a bright mind-set
  • Someone with a passion for IT,  wanting to build a career within technology and develop their existing skills and experience
  • BTEC/Degree in IT or a recent CompTIA certificate
