IT Support (Service Delivery) Technician - Lancashire

We’re looking for an IT Service Delivery Technician to join a leading Lancashire based technology company.  It's the ideal role for someone with a keen aptitude for technical troubleshooting and customer service who is looking to build a career in IT and to broaden and strengthen their existing technical skillset.

What will you be doing day to day?

• Providing email and phone support for the business
• Migrating customers to new technology/platform
• Liaising with technical teams regarding communications methods/AS2
• Using both technical and relational skills to lead your task to completion
• Providing a high level of customer service
• Managing your workload and priorities.
• Documenting & reporting on Progress
• Working with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud
• Building an excellent rapport with their customer base
• Directly engaging with all departments to provide relevant feedback to help and improve our products

What they're looking for?

• Qualification in IT: Degree/BTEC or similar
• Great customer skills and good all round IT troubleshooting skills.
• Confident, friendly and outgoing, always happy to role your sleeves up and go the extra mile with a “can do” attitude.
• A passion for understanding technology, quickly exploring and learning about new technologies.
• A strong analytical, problem solving mind-set, quickly able to isolate root cause of an issue and provide a practical solution.
• You want the opportunity to make an impact in a scaling business
