Your next role?

The Senior Software Implementation Technician is part of the core platform team installing the Company's bespoke software onto their cloud-base for new and existing customers.   The role will give you an opportunity to enhance and drive expertise in numerous leading-edge technologies (Web services, API) and to fast track your career towards larger and more complex technical challenges.  We are looking for an experienced Implementation go-getter who can take ownership of their projects and lead by example, all the while keeping the customer at the very centre of everything they do.  

The role is hybrid Chorley office 2 days/3 days home.

Key duties include:

• Configure and implement cloud-platform for new/existing clients

• Use both technical and relational skills to lead your projects to completion

• Ensure the client is trained and satisfied with the platform

• Complete team and individual  SLA's/targets

• Look after your projects to ensure a smooth 'Go-live' within agreed timescales

• Work with cutting-edge technologies that are defining the future of the cloud

• Directly engage with engineering and product teams to triage and provide quantified feedback to help and improve products

Who we’re looking for?

• An experienced software implementation/installation consultant with 5-10 years proven track record in a similar role
• A customer-centric focus with a can do attitude
• A natural problem solver
• ERP Integration experience
• Ability to understand/read code, C#
• An understanding of SQL
• An understanding of API and Webservices
• Great communication and stakeholder liaison skills with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
• The ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
• The ability to train and document, deliver webinars and mass training sessions.
• A positive and can-do attitude with the ability to lead by example.
• Must be located within commutable distance to Chorley
