After the initial 2-3 weeks training in the Dundee office, this will become a hybrid role where you work 2 days in the office and the rest from home.

You’ll be joining a technical service desk team providing IT hardware & software support to Primary care settings across Scotland. You’ll deal with around 10-15 calls per day of varying degrees of complexity covering the full range of GP practice software and healthcare solutions, as well as a range of general IT issues covering both hardware and software. You’ll be working to different service levels and KPI’s, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a superb customer experience time after time.

Is this you?

  • You love IT and technology and are a natural problem solver. You might be the go to person for friends and family assisting with all their technical issues!  IT is not just a job for you - it's a passion!
  • You’ve probably studied IT at school, college or University and may have a CompTIA certificate or similar. You definitely want to work in IT and are looking to progress on the career ladder with a company that will train and develop you, giving you a path into more technical roles.
  • You already have customer service experience, probably in a call centre or customer facing role and an inherent belief in delivering superb customer service and a great customer experience every time.
  • You’re friendly and confident with an excellent telephone manner, keep calm under pressure and want to learn new skills

In return, you'll be offered a starting salary of £21k rising to £23k over 24 months, plus a great range of company benefits.  There is also the opportunity to increase your earnings with weekend shifts.
