We're working with a Chorley based tech co - a leader in their field - based in brand new state of the art offices right next to Buckshaw Parkway train station. Hybrid working. Tier 1 Service Desk Support Analyst .
You’ll be joining a service desk team based in Chorley within modern open plan offices and the opportunity of hybrid working. You'll provide support to a UK wide client base, dealing with around 15 to 25 calls per day where your customer care skills will be the foundation of the customer experience. Throughout your time on the Service Desk you will naturally be upskilled to give you the knowledge to further expand your technical ability.
The role provides a great opportunity for career progression moving from a Tier 1 to Tier 2 position within 18 months, or to other positions within the wider business.
